Job Summary:

The Billing Support Clerk will report directly to the Corporate Billing Manager and is responsible for assisting the billing team by gathering data to produce, revise, process, and issue accurate invoices.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accumulate and maintain accurate records to support the billing team and invoicing process
  • Reconcile data and logs to payroll reports
  • Verify the accuracy of billing data against contracts and other documents
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Analyze data to identify discrepancies and anomalies
  • Perform other related duties as directed
  • Previous experience in administrative services, or other related fields, preferred
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks
  • Must work well in a team environment with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Ability to solve problems as they arise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Good communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required)

Employment contingent upon satisfactory passing of applicable drug and background checks
