The Fleet Administrative Support assists in the administration and coordination of ArborWorks’ fleet of motor vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Review inspection reports from Fleetio daily and reports to Fleet Manager (DOT Admin) 
  • Create work orders for repairs to be performed 
  • Close work orders and scan invoices into Fleetio after repairs are completed 
  • Tracking 90-day inspections and resetting reminders in Fleetio as mechanics complete inspections. (DOT Admin) 
  • Monitor the rental fleet and General Foreman to plan for repairs. 
  • Keep track of DMV registration and due dates 
  • Contact and repair facilities for Fleet Manager 
  • Assist with CDL timesheets for DOT 
  • Following up on the progress of repairs  
  • Manage email request
