The Fleet Administrative Support assists in the administration and coordination of ArborWorks’ fleet of motor vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Review inspection reports from Fleetio daily and reports to Fleet Manager (DOT Admin)
- Create work orders for repairs to be performed
- Close work orders and scan invoices into Fleetio after repairs are completed
- Tracking 90-day inspections and resetting reminders in Fleetio as mechanics complete inspections. (DOT Admin)
- Monitor the rental fleet and General Foreman to plan for repairs.
- Keep track of DMV registration and due dates
- Contact and repair facilities for Fleet Manager
- Assist with CDL timesheets for DOT
- Following up on the progress of repairs
- Manage email request
